Matchbox Youth is the brainchild project of Irish producer and beatmaker Ian O' Connor. Based in Galway, Ireland, he is a music creative that professes in his passion of audio engineering, music technology, and hip-hop. As an appreciator of the technicality behind the beats, he is influenced by artists like J Dilla, MF DOOM, and Nujabes. Outside of music, he processes audio as for various film and TV broadcasting gigs.
